Oscar joined New Century Media as an Account Manager in March 2026, bringing experience from both parliamentary work and public affairs consultancy. Prior to joining, he supported clients across the UK on housing and infrastructure policy, delivered strategic political engagement programmes, and provided secretariat services for several All Party Parliamentary Groups.

Before moving into public affairs, Oscar worked for a Member of Parliament, drafting briefings and correspondence, and coordinating stakeholder engagement. This combination of Westminster and agency experience has given him a strong understanding of political processes, policy development, and effective communication with decision makers.

Oscar graduated from the University of Liverpool where he studied History and Politics, and has since developed a particular interest in energy, sustainability, and tech policy.
